What services do you provide?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. provides services such as fertilization and weed control, landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscaping, lawn care maintenance, shrub trimming, leaf cleanup, mulch, annual installation, sod installation, etc. We are a full-service lawn and landscape company. How long have you been in the lawn and landscape business?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. has been serving NWA communities since 2012.

 

How do I obtain a quote or schedule service?

The most efficient way is to get in touch with us here and complete the information. You can also call us at 479-856-9800

Do I have to sign a contract to use your service?

Our proposals can be E-signed or accepted online through our Client Portal. We do not require a contract for our services.

 

How will I be invoiced?

We require that all customers have a valid debit or credit card on file. You will receive an emailed invoice for your records, but your payment on file will be charged for services rendered.

 

What Form of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept most all major forms of credit and debit cards. When you become a client, we will set up access to our client portal and your payment information will securely be stored. We will also accept prepayment checks if needed.

Our crew members do not accept payment.

 

Can I pay with cash or check and give it to the workers while they are here?

Our crew members do not accept any forms of payments. All payments will be processed on the credit or debit card placed on file when service was first started.

 

How do I find my account balance, invoice or payment information?

Access the client portal to view your account balance, invoice and payment information.

How do I get started?

Once the quote has been accepted, all we need is a credit or debit card on file to begin your services. We will charge your card after the service is performed.

 

Are your “free” estimates really free?

At A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC., our estimates are absolutely, 100%, free of charge.

 

Do I have to be present for your FREE estimate at my home?

You do not need to be present when we conduct our onsite property assessment. However, if you have questions or would like to get a feel for who we are and what we are about we would love to meet you.  Questions are always best answered on site.  Please leave your gate unlocked if you will not be at home.

 

Do you have to visit my home to do an estimate?

In most cases we do complete an onsite assessment of your property regarding the services you are requesting.

 

How many employees do you have and how many of them will be working on my job?

Our typical crews range from 2 to 4 crew members. The number of employees working on your job will depend on the size of the lawn or project.

 

What languages do they speak?

All our employees speak English. However, we can provide services to our Spanish speaking customers as well.

 

Can you call me prior to the application?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. has the ability, if you choose, to notify you with an email or text message the day before we are to be at your property.

 

What if it’s raining on my service day?

We will not skip your property due to rain, unless we have experienced more than two (2) continuous days of rain. Your property will then be put back into our rotation and will be serviced on your scheduled day the following week.

 

What if I have service issues?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. wants your feedback. If there is something we need to do to improve, please contact us at any time.

 

How long do I have to wait for a return call?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. prides itself on being available to our customers when they call. If for some reason we are not able to answer immediately when you call, you will be contacted typically by the end of the day.

 

Do You Offer Bi-Weekly or Only when I call Lawn Service?

We only offer Weekly lawn care service.

 

What Happens If I Cancel My Service?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you please contact us immediately, so we can address any issues. If you still need to cancel your service we ask that all cancellations come in writing to our email address at info@acleancutlawncare.com at least 48 hours before your next schedule service date.

 

Do you Guarantee your Lawn Care Service?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not happy with our service, please notify us immediately. We will do our very best to correct or satisfy any issue.

 

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, however, you can be assured that we will do our very best to correct or satisfy any issue.

 

What areas do you serve?

Our service area includes Fayetteville, Farmington, Prairie Grove, Springdale, Cave Springs, Elm Springs, as well as SW Rogers.

 

Do you service irrigation systems?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. provides design, installation, maintenance, and repair of most irrigation systems.

 

How do I cancel my service?

Once you’re a customer, we consider you a customer from season to season unless you notify us of your cancellation. Please submit cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service day. We confirm every cancellation request received via email.

 

How much advance notice do I need to give to be able to “cancel” my lawn care service?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you please contact us immediately, so we can address any issues. If you still need to cancel your service we ask that all cancellations come in writing to our email address at info@acleancutlawncare.com at least 48 hours before your next schedule service date.

 

Do you charge more for bi-weekly lawn care?

We do not offer bi-weekly lawn care services.

 

Can you call before coming?

Pets

What is your policy regarding pets?

The safety of your pets is important to us. As a result, we recommend that all your pets are kept indoors and all gates unlocked on your mow day.

Our crews are very careful about closing gates before they leave, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard, therefore, you are accepting our service with this provision. A Clean Cut Lawn Care is not responsible for lost or injured pets.

Do you offer any services other than mowing?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. provides additional services such as fertilization and weed control, landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, hardscaping, shrub trimming, leaf cleanup, mulch, annual installation, sod installation, etc. We are a full-service lawn and landscape company.

 

What does your mowing service include?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. is a full-service lawn and landscape company. Our lawn care maintenance service includes mowing, line trimming, edging, and finally blowing off all hard surfaces.

 

What is the mowing schedule that you follow?

Our customers are assigned a service day of the week. We assign these service days based on the location of our crews on that day. It is imperative that any locked gates be left open, any pets be kept inside, or any special instruction be communicated before your scheduled service day. Typically, we will not be back in your area until the same day the following week.

Our mowing schedule consists of 28 weekly visits starting in April and running through the end of October. We will switch to a Bi-Weekly service schedule if needed during the month of October. This is dependent on weather and temperatures.

 

How do I know when you will mow?

How big of lawns will you cut?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. will service lawns of any and all sizes. Call us today and set up a free consultation to discuss.

 

Do you offer service from November through February?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. is available year-round. Please let us know how we may assist you.

 

Can you take care of all my lawn care needs year-round? I don’t want to have to worry about it … just want it taken care of.

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. is a full service lawn and landscape company. We provide year-round service to our customers. We provide customized lawn and landscape programs that are “100% Hands-Off” for our customer and are built around their specific needs.

 

Do you mow on Holidays?

At A Clean Cut Lawn Care LLC., we try to observe most Holidays so that our employees can enjoy this time with their families. However, if we have had any significant weather delays in our scheduling, we will use a Holiday to get caught up.

 

Can I water my lawn the day you mow?

In most cases, our clients have set scheduled service days. We ask that you do not water your lawn on your scheduled service day. If for any reason this is a problem, please call our office to discuss.

 

Can you call the day before for the Fertilization?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. has the ability, if you choose, to notify you with an email or text message the day before we are to be at your property for service.

 

What happens if your crew damages a sprinkler head?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. is not responsible for damages that occur to irrigation sprinkler heads. A properly maintained irrigation systems heads should not come in contact with our mower blades. Irrigation systems require regular maintenance as do other systems on your property. Often spring loaded sprinkler heads wear out and do not pull the nozzle fully back down.

 

What happens if bad weather occurs on your service day?

Rest assured that we work diligently and tirelessly to get your property serviced as soon as possible after a weather-related delay. This includes working weekends, Holidays, and after normal working hours.

However, if due to a weather-related delay we are forced to miss two or more consecutive scheduled work days, your service will be resumed on your next normally scheduled day.

Example: Your normal scheduled service day is Monday. Due to weather, Monday and Tuesday are missed. Your service would be scheduled for your next regularly scheduled day, MondayTuesday accounts would be serviced on Wednesday.

Can I reschedule my service?

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to skip or reschedule your lawn maintenance service. You may call or email our office to notify us you would like to skip. We allow three (3) skipped services per season.

What if I need to have my service day skipped?

We do allow three (3) “skips” for our regular weekly Lawn Care Maintenance clients. We ask that you contact us 24 Hours in advance if you want your property skipped for any reason. This gives us time to adjust our crew schedules.

How much advance notice do I need to give to be able to “skip” my scheduled lawn care service?

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you want us to skip your lawn maintenance service. You may call or email our office to notify us you would like to skip. We allow three (3) skipped services per season.

 

Our gate is locked, when should we unlock it?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. has the ability, if you choose, to notify you with an email or text message the day before we are to be at your property. We ask that, if required, we be granted access to any areas that we are to service.

 

I need an exact time that you are coming so I can be present. Is this possible?

We do provide set scheduled service days for our customers. However, we are unable to provide set service times. If you feel you need a set time, please contact our office.

 

What happens if my yard has debris and lawn items on mowing day?

We trim around trampolines, playhouses, and lawn furniture. We do not move large items and appreciate you defining a border around objects to prevent any accidents.

Items must be picked up from your yard on your mow day. Items may include toys, dog bones, seasonal lawn decor, larger rocks, and hoses. These items are hazardous if hit by the mower blades and can result in serious damage to your property and our equipment, or serious injury to our crew or others.

Can I change my service to weekly or bi-weekly at any time?

Miscellaneous

How often should I water?

This answer will vary depending on where the irrigation heads are located, how many are on each zone, if you have pop-ups or rotors, the coverage of each head, etc. The best thing to do is have an irrigation expert look at your system.

 

Do you do 1 Time Mows?

We do not service one-time customers.

 

Do you bag?

We do not bag our grass clippings. Research shows that when you mow regularly and at the proper height, your lawn is improved by recycling grass clippings.

 

Can I get “temporary” service while my house is on the market?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. can provide temporary service for a house currently on the market. We ask for a minimum of four (4) prepaid service visit.

 

Will you use a Riding Mower on My Lawn?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. utilizes the best commercial grade riding mowers available. If for some reason this is not acceptable, please let us know during the quoting process.

 

Are you licensed?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC., is fully licensed by the State of Arkansas, meaning that our services are accountable to you and we are operating legally. Our business license is with the City of Fayetteville. We are also a licensed Landscape Contractor issued accordingly by the Arkansas State Plant Board. Additionally, we are fully accredited through the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP).

 

Are you insured?

A: A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. is fully insured and we maintain $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy. This protects you and your property.

 

What is your policy regarding damages?

All wiring must be protected or underground: A/C unit, lighting, electrical devices, phone and cable lines and PVC pipes, etc.

We will not be responsible for damage to exposed sprinkler lines, plastic landscape lighting, dog fence lines, and other items that might touch the mower blades or wheels.

Always protect your plants and trees with defined borders. Line Trimmers (weed-eaters) can rotate up to 14,000 rpm. This can cause marks on trees, fence, posts and many other items. Our crews will work carefully to prevent any damages from occurring.

It is the homeowner’s responsibility to place a defined and protective border to prevent any damage from occurring.

What happens if your crew breaks a window or damages my property?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. takes full responsibility for any damages proven to have been caused from our crews. Please contact us immediately at info@acleancutlawncare.com or please call at 479-856-9800.

 

What else can I do to make sure my property will not be damaged?

We are as careful as possible when line trimming along fences. However, it is not possible to completely avoid hitting wooden objects such as fences, play sets, lawn furniture, or mailbox post with the line trimmers. We advise placing a barrier around these objects if this is an issue.

We are not responsible for young trees not planted in a tree ring or protected with a barrier. We are as careful as possible when line trimming around young trees, but damage can occur.

Please remove small items, toys, bicycles, hoses, etc. from the lawn prior to our arrival. We do not move items left in the lawn.

Small landscape rock and construction rock may be hidden in the grass. Our mowers and line trimmers could break windows and glass doors if we hit this rock. Please inspect your lawn for rock in the grass.

 

Do you pull weeds in flower beds?

A Clean Cut Lawn Care, LLC. does offer a hand weeding flower bed service. We also can offer a complete Landscape Maintenance package that includes hand weeding, landscape leaf and a limb removal, weed killer application, as well as light pruning and trimming.

 

When do you install Fescue sod for the summer? When is too late?

We install Fescue Mid-March into June depending upon temperatures. Fescue can also be installed starting in late September through end of November.

 

When do you trim Crape myrtles?

Typically Crape Myrtles are trimmed in late winter.

 

When do you install Bermuda sod?

Bermuda sod can be installed twelve (12) months out of the year. However, the best months are April – September.
