It was decided the deck would start at the back door, would feature railing for comfort and safety, and have two sets of stairs with railing to access the backyard.

After initial planning, the property is marked for utilities and the post holes are drilled. These main posts are set into their holes with concrete. After the posts are set the construction of the deck surface can begin. The railing goes in last, after the steps. Treated wood is used through out for strength and to create a structure that will withstand the elements for many years to come.
